I have taken an interest in seeing the city grow in a responsible manner. I figure this might be a way that I may be able to make a contribution on a larger scale.
Recently I contacted
the owner of the empty, over grown lot next to mine and got permission to clean up the lot and plant a garden. After several months of work the lot now closely resembles a community
garden and park. I have even enlisted the help of a couple of neighbors to get the work done. I enjoy gardening and working outside when I get a chance and I think I would enjoy the
