A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, APPROVING ALTERATION/MODIFICATION OF CONTRACT
WITH R&R TAYLOR CONSTRUCTION INC,BOZEMAN, MONTANA.
WHEREAS, the City Commission did, on the 24th day of June 2013, authorize award
of the bid for the City Hall Masonry Repair Project of the City Hall Building, Bozeman,
Montana-, and
WHEREAS, Section 7-5-4308, Montana Code Annotated, provides that any such
alterations or modifications of the specifications and/or plans of the contract be made by
resolution; and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary in the prosecution of the work to make
alterations or modifications to the specifications and/or plans of the contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of
Bozeman, Montana, that the proposed modifications and/or alterations to the contract between
the City of Bozeman, a municipal corporation, and R& R Taylor Construction Inc, Bozeman,
Montana, as contained in Change Order 41, attached hereto, be and the same are hereby
approved; and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute the contract change
order for and on behalf of the City; and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to attest such
signature.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana, at a regular session thereof held on the 4th day of November, 2013.

Demolition limited to the red outlined areas in four locations designated in the attached pictures. Removal
and replacement of any units with face damage in outlined areas. Degraded joints in proposed areas to
be removed and replaced. |n labeled area 1, 2, and 3 proposed units tobe used are 4n4x12''walnut, In
labeled area proposed units to be undamaged original units from p^av|nue masonry repair. No visible
damage shown on the solder or cap in area 1. 2 and 3. Therefore no repair shall extend into the molder
course causing cap or roof repair. No other areas included in proposed removal orrepair. Other areas of
dameQe, primarily at northeast exterior stairwell are too extensive 1oguarantee structural viability at point
of removal,
