Olive 20 East Olive Street, Bozeman MT Call to Order Introductions of Attendees Public Comment (Please state your name and address. This is the time for individuals to comment on any matters falling within the purview of the Committee. Opportunity for public input will also be provided in conjunction with each individual agenda item. A given speaker addressing a given topic may speak at one or the other of those two opportunities but not both. Please limit comments to a maximum of three minutes. The chairperson may alter or waive these restrictions.) Consideration of Meeting Agenda (Chair may make adjustments as deemed helpful) Approval of Previous Minutes (October 9, 2012) Report on Results of Previous Actions & Consideration of Further Action Reports/Requests from Police & Sheriff’s Liaison Officers Reports from Non-Voting Official Committee Members (City, County, & School) Reports from Related Groups (BABAB, Safe Routes to School, CTEP, TCC, INC, etc.) Pedestrian Crossings on certain portions of Willson Consider Applying for “Walk Friendly Community” Status Proposed Pathway along Ruse from Oak to Story Mill Pedestrian Crossings of Huffine (if interested citizens present) Implementation of Bozeman Community Transportation Safety Plan Additional Business (time permitting) Consider making safety-related recommendations to the State legislature, MDT, City & County Commissions, planning boards, & other review groups on proposed developments and on policies & budgets scheduled for consideration by those bodies or under staff review Specific Sidewalks & Pedestrian Crossings (as appropriate) Specific streets & Intersections (South 19th, College/23rd & College/Willson) Distracted Driver Issues (bills, laws, ordinances & educational efforts) Consider Joining With Other Groups in Advocating for Safety Causes Other Concerns of Members Future Meetings (December 11?)
