RESOLUTION OF CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, DESIGNATING THE FIRST

__....m_h..n~_ NATIONAL BANK OF SAINT PAUL, ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA, AS PAYMENT OFFICE.

WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman, Gallatin County, Montana has heretofore issued
General Municipal flbligation Bonds in the amount of $900,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, said bonds provide that both principal and interest are payable at I
the office of the First National Bank of Saint Paul of St. Paul, Minnesota; and,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the First National Bank of Saint Paul of St. Paul,
Minnesota, is hereby designated as the paying agent for the General Municipal Obligation
Bonds of the City of Bozeman, issued in the amount of $900!,IXIO..OO", and dated 1 January
1974.
The foregoing Resolution was duly made, seconded, and unanimously carried by the
members of the City Commission of the City of Bozeman at a regular meeting thereof held
on the 17th day of July, 1974.
