b. Approval of one-year extension of preliminary plat approval for Babcock Meadows, Phases
IIA and liB (Item 12g on 10/16/00 agenda) (CS)
c. Approval of one-year extension of preliminary plat approval for the Amended Plat of Block
3, Tange's Subdivision (subdivide 20.2 acres into five lots for commercial development)
(lying between Baxter Lane and West Oak Street, generally between North 9th Avenue and
North 11 th Avenue extended) (P-9827) (KC)
d. Appointment of Commissioner Kirchhoff and Commissioner Brown to sub-committee to
review Pledged Securities as of September 30, 2000
