A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, :.e..___"hn.

MONTANA, DECLARING THAT THERE IS A NEED FOR A PARKING CQ1- r /I tI
MISSION TO FUNCTION IN THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, CREATING THE
SAME, SPECIFYING THE AREAS WITHIN THE CITY AND THE PROJECT
OVER WHICH THE COMMISSION WILL HAVE JURISDICTION AND

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN. MONTANA:
Section 1
That the City Commission of the City of Bozeman does hereby declare that there is a
need for a parking commission in the City of Bozeman, Montana.
Section 2
That there is hereby created a parking commission of the City of Bozeman under and
pursuant to Chapter 37 of Title 11 of the Revised Codes of Montana, 1947.
Section 3
That the jurisdictional area of the said parking commission shall be coextensive with
and limited to the B-3 zoning area. as the same now exists in the City of Bozeman.
Section 4
That the purpose of the parking commission shall be to undertake the construction and
acquisition of off-street parking facilities within the area of its jurisdiction.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, at
a regular session held on the 8th day of May, 1974.. . ~ __/ .

certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 1676 was published by title and number in the
Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in
Bozeman in the issue of the 17th day of May 1974, and due proof of such publication is on
file in my office.
