Simkins-Hallin Warehouse SP #Z-13200 (Rogers/Johnson) 2150 Industrial Drive * A Site Plan application for a warehouse building with a wood frame, concrete foundation and slab, steel roof, and siding for storage of building materials on .7 acres. 2. Community Food Co-Op Parking and Landscape Expansion SP/COA #Z-13196 (Krueger/Johnson) 908 West Main Street, 921 West Babcock Street, and 917 West Babcock Street * A Site Plan with a Certificate of Appropriateness application for the installation of a new parking lot and landscaping. 3. Meadow Creek Subdivision Phase 1, Lots 8-15, Block 5, Lots 14-18, Block 9 MaSub Pre-App #13030 (Krueger/Johnson) South 27th Avenue and Kurk Drive * A Major Subdivision Pre-application to consider the subdivision of 13 existing lots of approximately 10.3 acres into 47 lots for singe household development. ITEM 4. ONE-WEEK REVIEW 1. Catron Crossing Subdivision Pre-App #P-13029 (Riley/Johnson) 5900 Valley Center Road * A Major Subdivision Preliminary application to consider the subdivision of approximately 23 acres into 6 lots for B-2 (Community Business) development. 2. Taylor Residence Zoning Variance #C-13004 (Kramer/Johnson) 322 North Bozeman Avenue * A Zoning Variance Amendment application to request the construction of a duplex on a single lot. The requested variance pertains to the lot width. ITEM 5. FIRST WEEK REVIEW 1. Flanders Mill ZMA # Z-13203 (Saunders/Johnson) Baxter, Ferguson, Oak & Flanders Mill * A Zone Map Amendment application. The proposed zoning includes approximately 65.57 acres of R-3, 10.48 acres of R-4, and 4.9 acres of PLI. 2. Flanders Mill Annexation #A-13001 (Saunders/Johnson) Baxter, Ferguson, Oak & Flanders Mill * An Annexation application to consider annexation of approximately 81 acres into the City of Bozeman. 3. Westwinds Phase 6 MaSub Prelim Plat # P-13023 (Krueger/Johnson) Davis & Tschache Lanes * A Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat application to consider the subdivision of approximately 38.97 acres into 56 single household residential lots. 4. Baxter Square Subdivision Phase 3 and 4 MaSub Pre-App #P-13028 (Krueger/Johnson) Sartian Street, Hoover Way, Renee Way * A Major Subdivision Pre-application to consider the subdivision of two existing tracts of approximately 5.5 acres into 24 lots and associated open space and parkland for singe household development. 5. Homepage Café Prelim SP/CUP #Z-13209 (Kramer/Johnson) 201 East Main Street * A Preliminary Site Plan application with a request for a Conditional Use Permit for alcohol service in order to establish Home Page Café in the rear portion of the Rocky Mountain Rug Gallery Building at 201 East Main Street.
