BACKGROUND: Due to the recent resignation of a Zoning Commission member and an ongoing vacancy we have two empty positions. A Planning Board member has applied. The Zoning Commission was re-created under Ordinance No. 1500, to establish procedures for the administration of the municipal zoning ordinance within the City limits. Resolution No. 3312 then established the membership of the Zoning Commission. According to Resolution No. 3312: The Zoning Commission shall consist of five members appointed by the City Commission. Members of the board shall serve two-year staggered terms. Persons of legal age may be appointed to the board. All members must be residents of the City of Bozeman. This Commission has two vacancies and one new applicant.
