ITEM 3. ACTION ITEMS
1. Catron Crossing Major Subdivision Pre-application Plan to allow the subdivision of approximately 23 acres located on the west side of Valley Center
Road, north of the new Catamount Street, into 6 lots for commercial development. Requesting initial Wetland Review Board feedback on potential variance to watercourse/wetlands setback
from Catron Creek. (Doug Riley)
