Ellis View MaSub Preliminary Plat #P-13019 (Rogers/Murray) 3601 Good Medicine Way * A Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat application to allow the subdivision of 5.010 acres into 9 lots from 1 existing lot for a single household development and in conjunction with a Planned Unit Development. 2. Ellis View Preliminary Plan PUD #Z-13123 (Saunders/Murray) 3601 Good Medicine Way * A Planned Unit Development application to allow the development of 5.010 acres in conjunction with a Preliminary Plat. ITEM 4. SECOND WEEK REVIEW 1. Campus Crest Informal #I-13013 (Krueger/Johnson) South 11th Avenue and Arnold Street * An Informal application to discuss the zone map amendment of northwest 15 acres of the 52.2-acre remainder lot of Allison Subdivision, Phase II from R1 to R4 and review the concept site plan for a 224-unit apartment complex. ITEM 5. INITIAL WEEK REVIEW 1. Simkins-Hallin Warehouse SP #Z-13200 (Rogers/Johnson) 2150 Industrial Drive * A Site Plan application for a warehouse building with a wood frame, concrete foundation and slab, steel roof, and siding for storage of building materials on .7 acres. 2. Community Food Co-Op Parking and Landscape Expansion SP/COA #Z-13196 (Krueger/Johnson) 908 West Main Street, 921 West Babcock Street, and 917 West Babcock Street * A Site Plan with a Certificate of Appropriateness application for the installation of a new parking lot and landscaping. 3. Meadow Creek Subdivision Phase 1, Lots 8-15, Block 5, Lots 14-18, Block 9 MaSub Pre-App 1/3 #13030 (Krueger/Johnson) South 27th Avenue and Kurk Drive * A Major Subdivision Pre-application to consider the subdivision of 13 existing lots of approximately 10.3 acres into 47 lots for singe household development.
