RE, Release of Letter of Credit for the following:
#Z-12129 Trout Meadows @ Cattail Lake SP
The City of Bozeman deposited into its demand account personal check number 1029, dated July 3,
2013, from the account of Trout Meadows, LLC, 4200 Expressway, Missoula, MT 59808 and payable
to the City of Bozeman in the arnount of$49,500.00 from Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. which was issued to
guarantee improvements related to the Trout Meadows @ Cattail Lake Site Plan project approval.
Please issue a check in the amount of$49,500.00 made payable to Trout Meadows, LLC, releasing the
funds as the improvements have been completed.
Please send a copy of the check to our office for our records. If you have any questions, please give tile
a call at X2260.
