tv~ THE DATE, MATURITY DATE AND THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF BONDS TO BE

WHEREAS, at a regular session of the Commission of the City of Bozeman, State of Montana,
held on the 12th day of February, 1975, the said City Commission duly passed Commission Resol-
ution No. 1724, creating Special Improvement District No. 552, entitled: I
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, CREATING
A SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NO. 552, OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLING
LATERAL WATERMAINS AND SANITARY SEWER MAINS AND APPURTENANCES TO SERVE THE
ADJOINING PROPERTIES, MORE SPECIFICALLY AS FOLLOWS: A SIX (6) INCH WATERMAIN
AND APPURTENANCES IN CUTTING STREET AND IN AN EASEMENT WESTERLY THEREFROM,
AND AN EIGHT (8) INCH SANITARY SEWER MAIN AND APPURTENANCES IN CUTTING STREET
IN THE FIGGINS ADDITION. THE CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION TO INCLUDE ALL
TRENCH EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL, BEDDING MATERIALS, CAST IRON WATERMAIN, VALVES,
FITTINGS, HYDRANTS, SERVICE LINES, AND OTHER NECESSARY APPURTENANCES TO PROVIDE
WATER TO THE LOTS IN THE DISTRICT, ALONG WITH ALL SEWER PIPE, MANHOLES, WYES,
SERVICE LINES, AND APPURTENANCES NECESSARY TO PROVIDE A SEWAGE SYSTEM TO ALL
LOTS WITHIN THE DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution said Special Improvement District was duly created, bids
for the construction of said improvement were called for, contracts for the construction of said
improvements were let and special improvement district bonds for the payment of said improvement
were sold.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
That the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement District No. 552 of the City of
Bozeman shall bear the date of 1 July 1975, shall have a maturity date of January 1, 1995, and that
the total principal amount of the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement District is
Thirty One Thousand and No/100ths ($31,000.00) dollars, and the attached coupons may bear the
facsimile signature of the Mayor and the Clerk of the Commission.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Commission of the City of Bozeman at a regular session thereof I
held on the 4th day of June, 1975.
