'r.. 420 COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1745 ~- . ..a Obe0b6 !(I.Li:; A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA LEVYING AND ---....-..~_..~-~...-_.....-~ ASSESSING LIGHTING DISTRICT MAINTENANCE AND ELECTRICAL CURRENT COST FOR SPECIAL ____. ..:-JJji IMPROVEMENT LIGHTING DISTRICTS OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 11-2252, R.C.M., 1947. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN Section 1: That pursuant to the direction and by authority of the provisions of Section I 11-2252, R.C.M., 1947, and upon estimates of such cost made by said City Commission as authorized and directed by said Section 11-2252, R.C.M., 1947, to defray the cost of maintaining lighting systems for electrical current in the several Special Improvement Lighting Districts of the City of Bozeman herein after specified, there is hereby levied and assessed against the property and several lots, pieces and parcels thereof within the boundaries of Special Im- provement Lighting District No.ls 284, 288, 289, 290, 295, 300, 361, 388, 362, 400, 420, 423, 453, 459, 460, 461 , 462, 4 7 9 , 480, 484, 490, 508 of the City of Bozeman respectively, as here- tofore created and established, the total amounts as to each entire district and the several amounts as to each lot, piece, or parcel of land within the boundaries of such district, as set forth in the several schedUles attached hereto and made a part hereof and marked separately for identification as Schedule One thru Schedule Twenty-one. The amount so 1e~ied and assessed is 75% of such estimated cost for each and all of said Districts except forS.I.L.D. IS No 361 and 362, and as to S. LL.D. IS No. 361 and 362, the levy and aSSeSsment is 50% of such estimated cost. Section 2: That a particular description of each lot, piece or parcel of land with the name of the owner thereof, and the sum assessed and levied against such property and owner, or either, is set forth in the Schedule of each district as specified and identified in Section one of the Resolution, and made a part of this Resolution as aforesaid. Section 3: That the regular meeting of the Commission of the City of Bozeman to be held on the 3rd day of September, 1975, at the Commission Chamber, City Hall Building, in the City I of Bozeman, be, and the same is hereby designated as the time and place at which objections to the final adoption of this Resolution will be heard and considered by said Commission. Section 4: That the Clerk of the City Commission be, and she is hereby ordered to publish in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and published in said City of Bozeman, a notice signed by said Clerk as such, which notice shall state that this Resolution levying and assessing the several amounts set forth in the schedules attached hereto and made a part of as aforesaid and for the purposes herein stated has been provisionally passed and adopted by the Commission of the City of Bozeman and is on file in the office of said Clerk of Commission and subject to inspection during regular office hours, for a period of five (5) days from and after the publication of such notice and at any time during such office hours and at or prior to the regular meeting of the..City Commission to be held on the 3rd day of September, 1975, as stated in Section 3 hereof; that said Notice shall be so published onetime, and such publication shall be made not less than five (5) days before the time set for hearing and considering objections to the final adoption of this Resolution as aforesaid. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that at a regular meeting of the Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, held on the 27th day of August, 1975, Commission Resolution No. 1745 was provisionally passed and adopted. Said Resolution levies and assesses a special assessment upon all the property in Special Improvement Lighting Districts of said City to defray the estimated cost of maintenance and electrical current for each of said Districts, pu~suant to provisions of Section 11-2252, R.C.M., 1947. The portion of such cost assessed is 75% as to all of said Districts except District No.'s 361 and 362 (Main Street) and as such districts the portion of the cost assessed is 50%. Reference is made to the Commission Resolutions creating the Special Improvement Lighting Districts above enumerated, which Resolutions are on file in the office of said Clerk of the Commission subject to public inspection during regular office hours.
