RE: EXTENSION - Mandeville Major Subdivision — Approval of a two (2) year extension of
the Preliminary Plat Approval—File#P-08008
Dear Ms. Arkell:
Your request for a two (2) year extension of the Preliminary PIat approval for the above referenced
major subdivision was considered by the Development Review Committee (DRC) on April 11, 2012
who forwarded a favorable recommendation to the Planning Director based on the criteria for
consideration as set forth in Section 38.03.040.A.5.g BMC.
Therefore, finding that you have met said criteria, your request for a two (2) year extension of the
Preliminary Plat approval of the Mandeville Major Subdivision is granted until April 6, 2014. If you
have any questions, please contact either myself or Doug Riley at the City's Department of Planning and
