Box 1230 Bozeman, MT 59771-1230 RE: EXTENSION - Mandeville Major Subdivision — Approval of a two (2) year extension of the Preliminary Plat Approval—File#P-08008 Dear Ms. Arkell: Your request for a two (2) year extension of the Preliminary PIat approval for the above referenced major subdivision was considered by the Development Review Committee (DRC) on April 11, 2012 who forwarded a favorable recommendation to the Planning Director based on the criteria for consideration as set forth in Section 38.03.040.A.5.g BMC. Therefore, finding that you have met said criteria, your request for a two (2) year extension of the Preliminary Plat approval of the Mandeville Major Subdivision is granted until April 6, 2014.
