Sanitary Sewer Easement

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize City Manager to sign
BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy (original to Stacy Ulmen), of the partially
executed public access easement. Engineering staff has reviewed the
easement and found it to be acceptable.
The proposed sanitary sewer easement will provide access to an
existing sanitary sewer easement. The easement was required as a
condition of approval in order for better access to maintain an existing
sanitary sewer.
FISCAL EFFECTS: N/A
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
