Public Access Easement

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize City Manager to sign
BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy (original to Stacy Ulmen), of the partially
executed public access easement. Engineering staff has reviewed the
easement and found it to be acceptable.
The proposed sidewalk will be a boulevard sidewalk along N. 7th
Avenue to replace the existing curbwalk. The Public Access Easement
will grant public access onto the new sidewalk.
FISCAL EFFECTS: N/A
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
