Woodhaven Village PUD FSP Request for Extension #Z-07005 (Riley/Heaston) 2831 Baxter Lane (corner of Baxter Lane and Buckrake Avenue) * A request for a one year extension of the Final Site Plan approval. ITEM 4. FINAL WEEK REVIEW none ITEM 5. SECOND WEEK REVIEW 1. Town Pump #8 CUP/COA/DEV (Saunders/Heaston) 5050 Cottonwood Road * A Conditional Use Permit with a Certificate of Appropriateness and Deviations for the construction of a fueling station, canopy and convenience store. 2. Community Food Co-op ZMA #Z-13139 (Rogers/Johnson) 917 & 921 West Babcock Street * A Zone Map Amendment Application to allow a change in urban zoning designation from R-4 (Residential High Density District) to B-2 (Neighborhood Commercial District) on .38 acres in conjunction with a Growth Policy Amendment. ITEM 6. INITIAL WEEK REVIEW 1. Harringtons/PAB ZMA #Z-13141 (Brekke/Johnson) 407 West Main Street * A Zone Map Amendment Application to allow a change in urban zoning designation from B-2 (Community Business District) to B-3 (Central Business District) on .25 acres. 2. Flying Caboose Informal I-13008 (Kramer/Johnson) 715 East Cottonwood Street * An Informal application for advice and comment on the construction of an elevated caboose-shaped apartment and related site improvements.
