Bridger Peaks Pad 3 SP/COA #Z-13107 (Krueger/Johnson) 1805 West Oak Street * A Site Plan with a Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the construction of a multi-tenant commercial structure on a previously approved pad site within the Bridger Peaks Town Center development. 2. Bridger Peaks Estates MaSub Pre-App #P-13017 (Riley/Johnson) West Babcock Street, Meagher Avenue, Broadwater Street * A Major Subdivision Pre-Application to allow the subdivision of 1.9 acres into 10 single family lots and related site improvements. (Second of a two week review.) 3. Hacot MiSub Pre-App #P-13018 (Riley/Johnson) Haggerty Lane/Farmhouse Lane * A Minor Subdivision Pre-Application to allow the subdivision of 5 acres into 4 lots; 1 lot for multi-household development, 2 condominium lots, and 1 park/open space lot. Olive & Wallace Renovation SP/COA #Z-13119 (Riley/Johnson) 200 South Wallace Avenue * A Site Plan with a Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the renovation of the existing 4-story structure with associated site improvements. This includes the removal of the existing southernmost warehouse and eastern loading dock enclosure. ITEM 5. INITIAL WEEK REVIEW 1. Merchant 2nd SHR SP/COA #Z-13116 (Brekke/Heaston) 710 South Black Avenue * A Site Plan with a Certificate of Appropriateness to allow the construction of a second single-family home with associated site improvements. 2. Ellis View MaSub Preliminary Plat #P-13019 (Rogers/Johnson) 3601 Good Medicine Way * A Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat application to allow the subdivision of 5.010 acres into 9 lots from 1 existing lot for a single household development and in conjunction with a Planned Unit Development. 3. Ellis View Preliminary Plan PUD #Z-13123 (Saunders/Johnson) 3601 Good Medicine Way * A Planned Unit Development Application to allow the development of 5.010 acres in conjunction with a Preliminary Plat. 4. Dave’s Sushi Addition CUP/COA #Z-13125 (Brekke/Johnson) 115 North Bozeman Avenue * A Conditional Use Permit with a Certificate of Appropriateness to allow the construction of an addition and extension of the alcohol serving area to the existing Dave’s Sushi building.
