COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1908
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN FIXING THE DATE,
MATURITY DATE AND THE ~RINCIPAL AMOUNT OF BONDS TO BE ISSUED IN SPECIAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 579.
WHEREAS, at a regular session of the Commission of the City of Bozeman, State of Montana,
held on the 27th day of April, 1977, the said City Commission duly passed Commission Resolution I
No. 1873, creating Special Improvement District No. 579, entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, CREATING
A SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.
579 OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING AND INSTALLING AN
ASPHALTIC CONCRETE TYPE PAVEMENT, INTEGRAL CONCRETE CURBS AND GUTTERS, AND
NECESSARY APPURTENANCES THERETO; ALSO CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF NECES-
SARY STORM DRAINAGE PIPE, DITCHES, AND APPURTENANCES NECESSARY TO STORM
DRAINAGE ON PORTIONS OF HAYES STREET SHOWN ON THE SUBDIVISION PLAT OF TRACT 12,
BOZEMAN CREEK ANNEXATION, TO THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA.
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution said Special Improvement District was duly created, bids
for the construction of said improvement were called for, contracts for the construction of said
improvement were let and special improvement district bonds for the payment of said improvement
were sold.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
That the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement District No. 579 of the City of
Bozeman shall bear the date of November 1, 1977, shall have a maturity date of January 1, 1997,
and that the total principal amount of the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement
District is $11,500.00, and the attached coupons may bear the facsimile signature of the Mayor
and the Clerk of the Commission.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Commission of the City of Bozeman at a regular session thereof
held on the 20th day of September, 1977.

I, Erna V. Harding, Clerk of the Commission of the City of Bozeman,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 1908 was published by
title and number in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a newspaper of general
circulation printed and published in said City in the issue of the 5th
day of October 1977, and due proof of such publication is on file in my
office.
