COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1907
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN FIXING THE DATE,
MATURITY DATE AND THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF BONDS TO BE ISSUED IN SPECIAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 577.
WHEREAS, at a regular session of the Commission of the City of Bozeman, State of Montana,
held on the 2nd day of March, 1977, the said City Commission duly passed Commission Resolution
I No. 1865, creating Special Improvement District No. 577, entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, CREATING
A SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NO. 577 OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION
OF AN ASPHALTIC-CONCRETE TYPE PAVING, INTEGRAL CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTERS,
NECESSARY APPURTENANCES THERETO, ALSO CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF NECESSARY
INLETS, MANHOLES, DIVERSION STRUCTURES OR OTHER APPURTENANCES TO STORM DRAINAGE
AS NEEDED ON A PORTION OF BEALL STREET FOR A DISTANCE OF 117 FEET EACH SIDE OF
NORTH 22ND AVENUE, ALSO NORTH 22ND AVENUE BETWEEN BEALL STREET AND DURSTON ROAD.
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution said Special Improvement District was duly created, bids
for the construction of said improvement were called for, contracts for the construction of said
improvement were let and special improvement district bonds for the payment of said improvement were
sold.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
That the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement District No. 577 of the City of
Bozeman shall bear the date of November 1, 1977, shall have a maturity date of January I, 1977,
and that the total principal amount of the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement District
is $110,000.00, and the attached coupons may bear the facsimile signature of the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Commission.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Commission of the City of Bozeman at a regular session thereof held
on the 20th day of September, 1977.

I, Erna V. Harding, Clerk of the Commission of the City of Bozeman,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 1907 was published by
title and number in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a newspaper of general
circulation printed and published in said City in the issue of the 5th
day of October 1977, and due proof of such publication is on file in my
office.
