Petition to Expand the Downtown Bozeman
Business Improvement District (BID)
I want to be included in the expansion of the Downtown Bozeman BID, I hereby petition
the City of Bozeman to expand the Business Improvement District pursuant to the BID
act contained in MCA 7 -12 -1101. 1 understand the current BID is approved until 2010.
All properties classified as a commercial use within the district shall be assessed and will
become part of the district. Property classified as residential and publicly owned
property will not be assessed.
I agree to have my property (listed below) to be included in the district, and understand I
will be assessed on my city property tax bill.
