BUSINESS IMPROUEMENT DISTRICT
We, the undersigned owners of business real property located in downtown Bozeman, Montana, on or
between Rouse and Grand Streets, and Mendenhall and Babcock Streets, further described in Exhibit A,
do hereby petition the City of Bozeman to create a BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT pursuant to
MCA 7 -12 -1131.
We, the undersigned, understand the estimated costs for the first year of this proposed BUSINESS
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT to be $50,000.00.
We, the undersigned, understand
that the
costs of the

assessed
to the

SPECIRL IMPROUEMENT DISTRICT
We, the undersigned owners of real property located on Main Street in downtown Bozeman, Montana,
between Rouse and Grand Streets, do hereby petition the City of Bozeman to create a SPECIAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT for the implementation of physical improvements of Phase I of the Downtown
Bozeman Improvement Plan, including but not limited to, renewing the sidewalks and installing historical
lighting to the extent shown on the attached sketch; improving signage; and planting or replacing trees
where needed; which are estimated to cost not more than $712,000.00, plus the cost of issuing the
bonds.
We, the undersigned, understand that the costs of the SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT will be
assessed to the property, owners, as described in the Montana Statute covering same.
