AGREEMENT
Between the
Montana Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office
And the
City of Bozeman
Contract No. MT-13-012
AMENDMENT NO. I
1. The purpose of this agreement is to amend the original contract between the Montana Historic
Society, State Historic Preservation Office and the City ofBozeman (Bozeman Certified Local
Government).
2. Decrease funding amount. Section || of the agreement io revised tostate:
Funding provided by the National Park Service Historic Preservation Fund to Montana
Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office (known aoSHPO)for the City of
Bozeman (Bozeman Certified Local Government) is decreased from $5,500.00 to
$5/225.U0.Thus,the match requirement is reduced from $3,O78.ODto$3,209.00.
3. Section Kof the agreement is revised tVinclude:
The funding for this agreement is provided by Federal dollars from the U.S. Department
of the Interior,the National Park Services,[FDA number 15.904, Historic Preservation
Fund Grants-In-Aid.The Federal Grant Number, as assigned by the National Park
Service, |s3O-15-51933.
4. The Section XVof the agreement is revised toinclude:
Grantees that expend$500,000 or more in Federal funds, shall perform an audit in
oommp|iance with the Single Audit Act Amendments of199G, 31U.S.[. 75Q1et seq. and
OMB Circular Ar133, "Audits nfStates, Local Governments, and Non-Profit
Organizations." For local governments and yrhmo| districts,the Grantee will provide the
report to the State of Montana, Department of Administration, Local Government
Services Bureau all other grantees such as Tribal Communities and Non-Profit
Organizations will provide the report to the Montana Historical Society, State Historic
Preservation Office.
