Stillwater Creek Drive, Slough Creek Drive, Hanley Avenue * A request to modify an approved Final Site Plan to allow a five year extension of the original approval to complete development of the condominium project as previously
approved by the Community Development Department.
ITEM 4. FINAL WEEK REVIEW 1. Pulfer Office Building SP #Z-13096 (Krueger/Johnson) Vaquero Parkway/Baxter Lane
* A Site Plan Application to allow the construction of a 3,769 sq. ft. office building with
associate parking and related site improvements.
2. Bridger Creek Vacation Home CUP #Z-13084 (Riley/Johnson) 1005 Boylan Road
* A Conditional Use Permit Application to allow the establishment of an extended stay
lodging use.
ITEM 5. INITIAL WEEK REVIEW 1. Bridger Peaks Pad 3 SP/COA #Z-13107 (Krueger/Johnson)

* A Site Plan with a Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the construction of
a multi-tenant commercial structure on a previously approved pad site within the Bridger Peaks Town Center development. ITEM 6. ADJOURNMENT
