The subject property is legally described as Tracy’s Addition, Block D, Lots 10-21 plus ½ the adjacent streets and alleys located in the SE ¼, NE ¼, of Section 12, T2S, R5E, PMM, City of Bozeman, Gallatin County, Montana and is located at 323-507 West Main Street.
