Bozeman Self Storage (Spacebank) Ph. 3 SP/COA #Z-13085 (Brekke/Johnson) 811 Mandeville Lane * A Site Plan Application with a Certificate of Appropriateness to allow phase 3 of the development to include construction of two three-story structures with related site improvements. 2. Boulder Creek MaSub Pre-App #P-13016 (Skelton/Johnson) 3663 Durston Road * A Major Subdivision Pre-Application to allow the subdivision of 35.342 acres into 99 single-household lots with related site improvements. Pulfer Office Building SP #Z-13096 (Krueger/Johnson) Vaquero Parkway/Baxter Lane * A Site Plan Application to allow the construction of a 3,769 sq. ft. office building with associate parking and related site improvements. 2.
