RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to sign the Irrevocable Offer of
Dedication
BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy, of the partially executed Irrevocable Offer of dedication for
the water and sewer main extensions for the above referenced project. Engineering staff has reviewed
the document and found it to be acceptable.

ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the Commission
