B. Minutes – March 21, 2013 and April 11, 2013 *Motion to approve the minutes from March 21, 2013 and April 11, 2013. C. Public Comment – Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the City of Bozeman’s Inter-Neighborhood Council. Please limit your comments to three (3) minutes.

E. Action Items 1. Proposed Amendments to the INC Bylaws Consider a motion and vote on the proposed amendments to the INC Bylaws as submitted to the INC by the City Liaison on April 25, 2013. 2. Consideration of Formal Recognition of University Neighbors Association (UNA)
Consider a motion and vote on request of UNA to become a City recognized neighborhood
association and have representation on the INC. F. Discussion Items 1. Neighborhood Associations Annual Update to City Staff liaison – Due June 30, 2013 2. Status update of Notification to Cascade Area of Neighbors (CAN) and Bozeman Creek Neighborhood Association (BCNA) – per Neighborhood Recognition Ordinance
