4. Decision - Major Site Plan with Certificate of Appropriateness - Springer Group Architects
for David MacDonald - allow construction of the "StoneRidge Executive Offices" project

Subdivision, Phase I (east side of North 22nd Avenue, between Charlotte Drive and
StoneRidge Drive) (Z-00149) (KC)

a. Commission Resolution No. 3416 - intent to create SID No. 669 - sidewalk
and lighting improvements in downtown area; set public hearing for
December 18, 2000
b. Commission Resolution No. 3418 - providing for transition from the
Municipal Commission-Manager form of government to the Commission-
Manager form of government, pursuant to the general election held on
November 7, 2000
c. Authorize City Manager to sign - Water Pipeline Easement and Agreement
with Cape-France, Inc. - across Lot 2, COS No. 2089 (southwest corner of
intersection of North 19th Avenue and Baxter Lane)
d. Authorize City Manager to sign - Pedestrian Access Easement with Marvin
and Judy Cowdrey - 7-foot-wide strip across Lot 1, Block 1, University
Square Subdivision (northwest corner of intersection of South 20th Avenue
and West Dickerson Street)
e. Authorize City Manager to sign - Public Utility and Access Easement with the
Human Resource Development Council - 20-foot-wide strip across portion of
Block II A", Original Townsite (northeast corner of intersection of South Tracy
Avenue and West Babcock Street)
