Baxter Creek (Creekstone) Condos Extension Mods to FSP #Z-06257B (Skelton/Heaston) Laurel Parkway * A request for an extension to proceed with completion of the project as originally approved by the Planning Director with the Final Site Plan dated June 1, 2007. ITEM 4. FINAL WEEK REVIEW 1. Smith’s #170 Fueling Station CUP/COA #Z-13057 (Saunders/Murray) 1735 West Oak Street * A Conditional Use Permit with a Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the construction of a new fueling center with a kiosk and fueling canopy and associated site improvements. 2. Cappelli’s Salon CUP/COA #Z-13055 (Bristor/Johnson) 1401 Gold Avenue * A Conditional Use Permit with a Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the continued use of an existing tenant space as a salon after expiration of the Special Temporary Use Permit approval with associated site improvements. 3. Summit Storage Phase III SP/COA #Z-13063 (Krueger/Johnson) Simmental Way * A Site Plan with a Certificate of Appropriateness to allow the construction of phase III of the storage units with related site improvements. (Second of a two week review.) ITEM 5. SECOND WEEK REVIEW 1. Armory Hotel CUP/COA/DEV #Z-13064 (Krueger/Johnson) 24 West Mendenhall Street * A Conditional Use Permit with a Certificate of Appropriateness and Deviations to allow the adaptive re-use of the existing structure for an 102 room, eight story hotel that includes a conference area, restaurants, and on premise consumption of alcohol with related site improvements. 2. Country Inn & Suites SP/COA #Z-13065 (Skelton/Heaston) 5997 East Valley Center Road (OVER) 2 * A Site Plan with a Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the construction of 79 unit hotel with associated parking and related site improvements. ITEM 6. INITIAL WEEK REVIEW 1. Block M MaSub Prel. Plat #P-13010 (Riley/Johnson) Black Avenue, Beall Street, Tracy Avenue, Lamme Street * A Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application to allow the subdivision of 1.01 acres into 20 lots. 2. Block M Residential Infill SP/COA #Z-13072 (Riley/Johnson) Black Avenue, Beall Street, Tracy Avenue, Lamme Street * A Site Plan with a Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the construction of two sets of ten attached, vertical duplexes on individual lots with related site improvements.
