the adaptive re-use of the existing structure for an 84 room, seven story hotel that
includes a conference area, restaurants, and on premise consumption of alcohol with
related site improvements.

* A Site Plan with a Certificate of Appropriateness to allow the construction of phase III of
the storage units with related site improvements. (First of a two week review.)

* A Site Plan with a Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the construction of
79 unit hotel with associated parking and related site improvements.
