Barlow Demolition and New Single-Household Residence and Garage Certificate of Appropriateness Application
with Deviations, 11 East Villard Street (Quasi-Judicial) (Brekke)
Consider the motion: Having reviewed the application, considered public comment, and all information presented, I hereby
adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application Z-13040 and move to approve the Barlow Demolition and new single-household residence and garage Certificate of Appropriateness
with Deviations with conditions and subject to all applicable code provisions.
Waiver of Park Reservation Fees for May 1, 2013 "Keeping Families Together" Rally (Overton)
Consider
the motion: I move to adhere to the fee schedule for reservation of public parks for group activities established within resolution 4085 adopted in 2007.
Appointments to the Trails,
Open Space and Parks Committee (Brunckhorst)
Consider the motion: I move to appoint Bob Hawks to the Trails, Open Space and Parks Committee for a term of one year.
AND
Consider the motion: I move to appoint Sandy Dodge and Doug Chandler to the Trails, Open Space and Parks Committee for a term of two years.
AND
Consider the motion: I move to
appoint Don Beeman and Tom Starner to the Trails, Open Space and Parks Committee for a term of three years.
AND
Affirm [one Commissioner] to act as a liaison between TOP and the City
Commission.
