Authorize Absence of Deputy Mayor Krauss F. Consent 1. Authorize Payment of Accounts Payable Claims (LaMeres) 2. Authorize City Manager to sign an agreement to allow Gallatin County to lead in managing construction of a bike/pedestrian path along Oak Street funded with Community Transportation Enhancement Program Funds (Johnson) 3. Appoint Mayor Becker and Commissioner Mehl to Approve Depository Bonds and Pledged Securities as of March 31, 2013 (Clark) 4. Approve Commission Resolution No. 4418, annexing Lot 9, Block 1, Walker Property Subdivision and authorize the City Manager to sign the Annexation Agreement for the A-12005 Kirk Annexation (Skelton) 5. Approve Resolution No. 4435, supporting the Preservation of Tax-Exempt Financing (Rosenberry) 6. Provisionally Adopt Ordinance No. 1848, establishing an initial zoning designation of R-1 for Lot 9, Block 1 of the Walker Property Subdivision for the Kirk Zone Map Amendment, Application Z-12091 (Skelton) Consider the motion: I move to approve Consent Items F. 1-6 as submitted. G. Public Comment - Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each agenda item for comments pertaining to that 3 item. Please limit your comments to three minutes. H. Mayoral Proclamation – Arbor Day, April 26, 2013 I. Action Items 1. Appeal of Park Reservation Fees for May 1, 2013 "Keeping Families Together" Rally (Overton) Consider the motion: I move to adhere to the fee schedule for reservation of public parks for group activities established within resolution 4085 adopted in 2007. 2. Barlow Demolition and New Single-Household Residence and Garage Certificate of Appropriateness Application with Deviations, 11 East Villard Street (Quasi-Judicial) (Brekke) Consider the motion: Having reviewed the application, considered public comment, and all information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application Z-13040 and move to approve the Barlow Demolition and new single-household residence and garage Certificate of Appropriateness with Deviations with conditions and subject to all applicable code provisions. 3. Appointments to the Trails, Open Space and Parks Committee (Brunckhorst) Consider the motion: I move to appoint Bob Hawks to the Trails, Open Space and Parks Committee for a term of one year. AND Consider the motion: I move to appoint Sandy Dodge and Doug Chandler to the Trails, Open Space and Parks Committee for a term of two years. AND Consider the motion: I move to appoint Don Beeman and Tom Starner to the Trails, Open Space and Parks Committee for a term of three years.
