A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN FIXING THE
DATE, MATURITY DATE AND THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF BONDS TO BE ISSUED IN
SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 587.
WHEREAS, at a regular session of the Commission of the City of Bozeman, State of I
Montana, held on the 1st day of March, 1978, the said City Commission duly passed
Commission Resolution No. 1949, creating Special Improvement District No. 587, entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, CREATING A SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN
AS SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 587 OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN
FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF SANITARY
SEWER LATERAL MAINS AND APPURTENANCES TO SERVE THE ADJOINING
PROPERTIES MORE SPECIFICALLY AS FOLLOWS: AN EIGHT (8) INCH
LATERAL MAIN AND APPURTENANCES ON BRYANT STREET, BOND STREET,
AND GOLD AVENUE, AND EASEMENTS NORTH OF SAME IN THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN.
THE CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION TO INCLUDE ALL TRENCH EXCAVATION
AND BACKFILL, BEDDING MATERIALS, SEWER PIPE, MANHOLES, WYES,
LAMPHOLES, SERVICE LINES AND OTHER NECESSARY APPURTENANCES.
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution said Special Improvement District was duly created,
bids for the construction of said improvement were called for, contracts for the construction
of said improvements were let and special improvement district bonds for the payment of said
improvement were sold.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
That the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement District No. 587 of the City
of Bozeman shall bear the date of January 1, 1979, shall have a maturity date of January 1,
1998, and that the total principal amount of the bonds to be issued under said Special
Improvement District is Eighty Thousand & No/100th Dollars and the attached coupons may bear
the facsimile signature of the Mayor and the Clerk of the Commission.

Passed and adopted by the Commission of the City of Bozeman at a regular session
thereof held on the 15th day of November, 1978.
