Map Brewing Company CUP #Z-13037 (Riley/Heaston) Manley Road * A Conditional Use Permit Application to allow the construction of a commercial brewery and attached tasting room and related site improvements. 2. Pines Apartments SP #Z-13041 (Riley/Heaston) South 20th Avenue/North of College Street * A Site Plan Application to allow the construction of a 15 unit apartment complex with associated parking and related site improvements. (Second of a two week review.) 3. Block M MaSub Pre-App #P-13007 (Riley/Johnson) Tracy Avenue, Beall Street, Black Avenue, Lamme Street * A Major Subdivision Pre-Application to allow the subdivision of 1.01 acres into 20 lots for townhouse lots with related site improvements. (Second of a two week review.) ITEM 4. SECOND WEEK REVIEW 1. Barnard Construction Master SP #Z-13028 (Saunders/Heaston) 1701 Gold Avenue * A Master Site Plan Application to allow a three phase commercial office building expansion and a first phase site plan with related site improvements on 10.232 acres. 2. Plat #P-13003 (Krueger/Murray) Northview Street * A Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application to allow the subdivision of 9.05 acres into 26 lots for single-household development with related site improvements. 3. Town Pump #1 CUP/COA/VAR/DEV #Z-13052 (Krueger/Heaston) 803 East Main Street * A Conditional Use Permit with a Certificate of Appropriateness a Variance to parking and loading setbacks and a Deviation for setback and fueling canopy height to allow the demolition of the existing structure and fuel pump islands and construction of a new fueling station/convenience store and fuel pump islands. The Distillery/Tasting Room CUP/COA #Z-13053 (Krueger/Johnson) 121 West Main Street * A Conditional Use Permit with a Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the re-use of an existing building for a distillery/tasting room. ITEM 5. INTIAL WEEK REVIEW 1. Cellular Plus SP/COA #Z-13056 (Riley/Johnson) 606 North 7th Avenue * A Site Plan with a Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the redevelopment of the former American Federal Bank site with a new commercial building with associated parking and related site improvements.
