Finally adopt Ordinance No. 1863, amending the
Municipal Code by replacing the Department of Planning with Department of Community Development and replacing references to the Director of Planning with Director of Community Development

Finally Adopt Ordinance No. 1864, removing all sections of Chapter 2, Article 5, Division 13, thus removing the Bozeman Senior Citizens’ Advisory Board (Brunckhorst)

the motion: I move to approve Consent items E. 1-13 as submitted.
