To Exergy Friends of the Story Mansion,
Please find attached a letter to Mr. Andrew Epple, president of the Friends of the Story Mansion.
Pursuant to Section 27 of the Agreement to Sell and Purchase Real Estate between Exergy
Friends of the Story Mansion and the city of Bozeman (dated May 31, 2012) the attached letter
provides notice of EFOS's default on the Agreement for failure to close in the time required.
This letter was sent by facsimile at the number listed in the Agreement. The facsimile was
rejected. Please inform the city of Bozeman via the manner of noticing required pursuant to
Section 27 of the Agreement of Exergy Friends of the Story Mansion's preferred facsimile
number.
