RE: STORY MANSION SALE AGREEMENT
Dear Chris and Greg:
Per our discussions earlier today,Exergy Friends of the Story Mansion(FOS)hereby
requests a 30 day extension of the terms of the Story Mansion Sale Agreement. As you know,
FOS has been approached by Big Sky Youth Empowerment(BYEP)about partnering with FOS
to purchase the Mansion property(BYEP's interest would be primarily in the Carriage House).
The 30-day extension is necessary for FOS and BYEP to develop the terms and conditions of
such a partnership,and to present a fully developed proposal to the City.
We understand that this request for extension will be heard by the Commission on March
18. By that date, we will be able to present more details regarding the potential partnership
between BYEP and FOS,including information on how requirements of the current Sale
Agreement will be satisfied.

exciting new development that could benefit the citizens of Bozeman for generations to come.
