Public Access Easement

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize City Manager to sign
BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy (original to Stacy Ulmen), of the partially
executed public access easement. Engineering staff has reviewed the
easement and found it to be acceptable.
The proposed sidewalk for this development will be located just
inside the property line out of the public Right-of-Way. The Public
Access Easement will grant public access onto the new sidewalk.
FISCAL EFFECTS: N/A
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
