Public Access Easement

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize City Manager to sign
BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy (original to Stacy Ulmen), of the partially
executed public access easement. Engineering staff has reviewed the
easement and found it to be acceptable.
This easement will allow for future lighting improvements for the
N. 7th Urban Renewal Board. These future improvements may require the
removal of the existing curb walk and the installation of new sidewalk,
boulevard, and street lights. At this time these improvements are
unscheduled. The format of this easement matches the easements
provided by other property owners in the N. 7th Ave. corridor.
FISCAL EFFECTS: N/A
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
