Violence Against Women, Victim Assistance
Program and HAVEN were sent after an E-mail vote. Peter Ohman did not vote in favor of support for the Victim Assistance Program, noting that program should be independent and not under
the supervision of the prosecutor or it becomes more of a prosecution oriented program as opposed to truly providing victims with services.
