a. Motion to approve minutes from January 2013 meeting.
III. Disclosure of Comments or Information Received
a. Board members should disclose information or discussions they have had regarding a
board related topic.
IV. Public Comment
For any member of the public interested in commenting on beautification matters.
V. City Staff Liaison Update
a. Beall Center reserved for Beautification Awards Ceremony – Wednesday, November 6th
b. Review information for 2013 Clean Up Day
c. Collection of board members’ lists of places around town that would benefit from a “clean
up”
VI. Items of Discussion
a. Introduction of Mitch Overton, COB Director of Parks & Recreation
b. Sacajawea Park on N. 7th Avenue
• Clarify City ownership – platted as a City Park?
• What management of the park is possible?
VII. Future Agenda Items
a. Clean Up Day/GEC Plans
