with the opportunity to comment on matters falling within the purview of the NSURB. An
opportunity will be provided for the public to comment on Discussion and Action Items. Please
limit your comments to 3 minutes.
C. Meeting Minutes –Discuss and approve minutes from November, December and January
meetings
D. Discussion Items
• Lighting project update (Johnson)
• N7Rehab applications and presentations (Keith Redfern to email app to board)
• Zoning district, Clarion project status (Brian Krueger)
• Applications for non-voting board position (Wolfe)
• Future staff needs (Hedglin)
• Top 3 priorities – monthly rehash of goals – 1)sidewalks, 2)lighting, 3)landscaping

• Consider a motion approving N7Rehab grants
