BOZEMAN, MONTANA
December 17,2012
The Commission met in the City Commission Room, City Hall at 121 North Rouse on Monday,
December 17, 2012. Present were Deputy Mayor Jeff Krauss, Commissioner Cyndy Andrus,
Commissioner Carson Taylor, Commissioner Chris Mehl, City Manager Chris Kukulski, City
Attorney Greg Sullivan, and City Clerk Stacy Ulmen.

0:03:12 A. Call to Order— 11 a.m. —Commission Room, City Hall, 121 North Rouse
Deputy Mayor Krauss called the meeting to order.

0:03:55 C. Changes to the Agenda
Deputy Mayor Krauss asked City Manager Chris Kukulski if there were any changes to the
Agenda. Mr. Kukulski stated that the absence of Mayor Becker will need to be authorized.
0:04:02 Motion and Vote to authorize the absence of Mayor Becker.
It was moved by Cr.Andrus, seconded,by Cr. Mehl to authorize the absence of Major
Becker.
Those votinji Aye beina Crs. Andrus, Mehl, Taylor and Deputy Ma or Krauss.
Those voting No being none.
The motion passed 4-0.

and City Offices will be closed December 25th (Ulmen)
City Clerk Stacy Ulmen gave the PSA regarding No Commission meeting on December 24th and
City Offices will be closed December 25th.

It was moved by Cr. Mehl, seconded by Cr. T#Alor to approve the minutes from October
22, 2012 and October 29,2012 Special Meeting.
Those voting Aie being Crs. Mehl, TUlor, Andrus and Depull Mayor Krauss.
Those voting No being none.

Deputy Mayor Krauss closed to the public all or portions of this meeting pursuant to Sect. 2-3-
203(3), MCA, because the discussion relates to a matter of individual privacy and the demands
of the individual's privacy clearly exceed the merits of public disclosure. The right of individual
privacy may be waived by the individual about whom the discussion pertains and, in that event,
the meeting must be opened.
