Director’s Report

STREAMLINE: Number 606 is parked at our bus barn and is being used for parts. Bus 615 is still at Harlow’s in Whitehall for some warranty
work but everything else is up and running. The four Yellowstone buses are parked back in the bus barn for warm storage.
I had the opportunity to visit with the Belgrade Kiwanis
Club on Thursday morning. Although the group was small, it was good to get the word out to some more people who were unaware of all that Streamline and HRDC offers. We are meeting
with the Belgrade Chamber of Commerce on Thursday at their noon meeting to talk about our future plans for the Belgrade area and beyond.
We have been helping the Warming Center with
transportation on a limited basis. We make a stop by there in the morning and again in the evening. The service seems to be doing well with a few riders taking advantage of our additional
stops.
I have been assured by Justin Rees of RideSystems that our GTFS problems will be resolved shortly and we should be on Google Transit in February. Stay tuned for updates.
GALAVAN:
Galavan added 12 new customers in December and gave a total of 1,566 rides in 21 days of service.
Our new Galavan vehicle is still projected to be here at the end of January or
the first part of February.
We are still looking to fill our dispatch vacancy. We had one great candidate who was offered the position, but he decided to work elsewhere so we are continuing
to look.
