A. Call to Order – 6:30 PM
B. Public Comment – Please state your name and address for the record. This provides the public with the
opportunity to comment on matters falling within the purview of the NURB. An opportunity will be provided for
the public to comment on Discussion and Action Items. Please limit your comments to 3 minutes.
C. Consent
a. Approve minutes from 12/4/2012 meeting
D. Discussion Items
a. Bozeman Creek Enhancement Plan – Questions and answer session with Peter Skidmore (Noble)
b. Discussion of City Commission Annual Work Plan recommendations from the NURB. Demolition by
Neglect Ordinance will be discussed (all)
Suggested motion: I move to approve the NURB’s list of recommended priorities for the 2013 City
Commission Work Plan and that these recommendations shall be forwarded to the Commission before
January 31st, 2013.
