Presentation of the Recreation and Aquatics Facilities Feasibility Study (Overton)
Consider the motion: I move to accept the 2012 Recreation and Aquatics Feasibility Study as
presented and direct staff to work with the Recreation and Parks Advisory Board and return to the Commission with the Board’s recommendations based on tonight’s discussion.

Preliminary Site Plan with Certificate of Appropriateness and Deviation including a "cash donation in-lieu of land dedication" request, Application Z-12297 located at East Main Street
and Cypress Avenue (Quasi-Judicial) (Riley)
Consider the motion: Having reviewed application materials, considered public comment, and all information presented, I hereby adopt the
findings presented in the staff report for application Z-12297 and move to approve the preliminary site plan with certificate of appropriateness and deviation with conditions and subject
to all applicable code provisions including the request to utilize the cash donation in-lieu of land dedication provisions of BMC Section 38.27.030 to satisfy the residential parkland
requirements for the project.
