MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE CITY COMMISSION
BOZEMAN, MONTANA
November 26, 2012 **********************
The Commission met in the City Commission Room, City Hall at 121 North Rouse on Monday,
November 26, 2012. Present were Mayor Sean Becker, Deputy Mayor Jeff Krauss (via
telephone), Commissioner Cyndy Andrus, Commissioner Carson Taylor, Commissioner Chris
Mehl, City Manager Chris Kukulski, Assistant City Manager Chuck Winn, City Finance
Director Anna Rosenberry, City Attorney Greg Sullivan, and City Clerk Stacy Ulmen.

Mayor Becker called the meeting to order at 6:06 p.m.

Mayor Becker asked City Manager Chris Kukulski if there were any changes to the Agenda. Mr.
Kukulski stated that a brief public service announcement will occur to introduce the new IT
Manager.

Manager Scott McMahan
Administrative Services Director Anna Rosenberry introduced Scott McMahan whom is the new
IT Manager for the City of Bozeman.

City Attorney Greg Sullivan spoke regarding the City's position on the watershed litigation. The
Commission was copied on the Motion to be amicus to the court and the order was granted. A
brief is due December 7th. He will send a copy will be sent once completed.

Mr. Sullivan stated that the recent letter received in regards to the Rialto Theater will be treated
