RE: closeout of grant number MT-CDBG-EDPG1 1-02
Dear Mr. Rich,
The City of Bozeman is pleased to request closeout of our CDBG-ED Planning Grant for
the development of Mandeville Properties in the amount of$25,,000. All tasks related to
this project have been completed and all funds expended, including matching funds in
the amount of$25,000.
Outcomes included completion of an intense public participation process and receipt of
a final product from CTA Architects and Engineers. This product has been submitted for
your consideration and meets all contractual requirements.
In addition, all tasks were completed consistent with the 'Project Implementation
Schedule' presented as 'Attachment A' in the contract between the City and the State.
Therefore, the City is requesting project closeout and final draw of funds from Montana
Department of Commerce designated for this project.
