FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned promises to pay to the
order of CITY UF BOZEMAN, SUNSET HILLS CEMETERY PERMANENT CARE FUND,
th um of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000. 00) , together with
interest at the rate of six percent (61) per annum from date until
paid, in Two hundred Forty (240) equal monthly installments of
elch, payments to be made on the Ist day of each and
every monti, conuilrancing on January 1, 1971. Interest shall first
be deducted from such monthly payments and the balance of each
paymant credited on the prinzipal of this note.

upon real estate situated in Gallatin County, Montana.
In the event there shall be any default in the making of any
paywent as herein provided, the whole amount afthe unpaid principal
and accraed interest shall thereupon become due and payable at the
option of the holder of this note. In case of suit hereon, the
uaker agrees to pay a reasonable attorney' s fee. ),''
